Holland Man Creates Michigan Board Game Called Yoopers & Trolls

Luke Stein, who is from Holland, told Fox 17 that back in 2020, he wanted a Michigan trivia game for Christmas, but his daughters couldn't find one.

So, he decided he was going to create his own.

How Do You Play Yoopers & Trolls

In the game Yoopers & Trolls each player rolls a six-sided die.

If they roll a one through four, they get a trivia question.

Landing on number one will give you the easiest questions, while number four will give the hardest. If they answer correctly, they can move their car up the corresponding number of spaces on the Mackinac Bridge.

If someone rolls a five they are given a location and then take their five traffic cones and place them where they think the location is on the hand-map. If all five of their cones or any number of their cones are on the correct space, they can then move their car up the corresponding number of spaces as well.

When a six is rolled, the entire group is asked a question where they all guess a number. The person closest to the correct answer without going over can move their car up six spaces.

The first person who crosses the Mackinac Bridge wins the game.
