Spook’-tacular Event Returning To John Ball Zoo This Fall
If you are a Grand Rapids native, you know how John Ball Zoo gets down during the spooky season.
For those who do not know, your kids will love you after you take them to their new trick-or-treat destination.
Zoo Goes Boo 2024
What is Zoo Goes Boo?
It is when John Ball Zoo becomes your whole family's ultimate Halloween destination.
From magicians and fire performers to jugglers, there is plenty to keep your attention as you make your way through the zoo this October.
You may even encounter some of your favorite villains too!
However, there is a part that your little ones will love even more! Throughout the zoo, there are 13 treat stations with different Halloween candies! So, make sure to bring a bag big enough to hold all of your candy loot.
If your little ones have allergies, different allergy-friendly options are available. Look for teal pumpkins and ask for a special token.
John Ball Zoo's Zoo Goes Boo is happening from October 11th-27th, 2024. From 9:00 AM to 10 AM, it is an hour alone in the zoo for members only. However, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, everyone can experience the fun.
With Zoo Goes Boo coming up so soon, tickets are on sale at John Ball Zoo's website.
Dino Adventures
While Zoo Goes Boo is a big draw for the Grand Rapids community, John Ball Zoo also has 'Dino Adventures' happening.
Over 20 different life-size robotic dinosaurs will be running around the Zoo. You can even take a dino safari through the Zoo's Forest Realm.
